There's a reason some weddings feel effortless. It's not budget or venue - it's having someone you trust in complete operational control.
Suppliers delays, timeline adjustments, setup issues, technical problems. I will handle them invisibly so you experience seamless flow without ever knowing what we prevented.
Everything you've planned gets executed exactly as you envisioned - set up professionally while you're getting ready. You walk into spaces that are already perfect.
I will arrive at least four hours before your ceremony to brief every supplier. One person managing the entire operation - so you only speak to your guests.
Your Coordinator
My passion for weddings sparked the moment I started planning my own. I quickly fell in love with curating every little detail — and I haven't stopped since.
From dreamy elopements in Spain to grand English countryside celebrations with 200 guests, I've brought many love stories to life. Each one special.
I've been in your shoes. That's why I'm here to be more than your coordinator — your calm in the chaos, and your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.

"She was the best investment we could have ever made."— Matt and Olivia
"Lauren made our wedding in Spain effortless. She briefed suppliers, kept us gently on schedule, and solved small issues before we noticed. So special."— Jo & Wayne Beck
"Lauren was fantastic. The day ran so smoothly. She took such a weight off our shoulders and we are so grateful for all her hard work."— Charlie and Will Melvin
You've spent months on every detail. But you need someone who will execute your vision with the precision it deserves. I arrive four hours early — specifically for this.
Good intentions don't equal professional expertise. Your bridesmaids and mum should be celebrating, not coordinating. That's why I handle everything so your loved ones enjoy the day.
You've heard the horror stories. You're determined yours will be different. That's why I ensure to deliver that transformation: you fully present — from ceremony to final dance.
Lauren is one of the most professional, organised, personable, genuine and passionate women I have ever met in this industry!.. She is an asset to any Wedding.— Sophie, Sophie Pamela Bridal Artistry
Lauren was a delight to work with. Her attention to detail and care for all of the suppliers taking part on the event was exceptional. She was always calm and really supportive of everyone involved in the event.— Laura, Laura Seymour Violin
I would highly recommend booking Lauren as your wedding coordinator...to make sure everything went so smoothly so you can have the most magical day possible. I personally hope to work with Lauren again.— Rachael, Capture the Love London Wedding Content Creator
What's the investment for day-of coordination?
Day-of coordination ranges from £597–£2,497 depending on your wedding details. The return? You're fully present for irreplaceable moments instead of managing suppliers.
When should I book, and when does the service start?
We recommend 12–18 months before your wedding to secure your date, as peak season fills quickly. Active coordination begins two months before with a detailed planning session and timeline finalisation.
How is this different from my venue's coordinator?
Venue coordinators manage only venue staff — not your photographer, florist, caterer, DJ, or musicians. We coordinate all external vendors, execute complete setup, and fill the 90% gap your venue doesn't cover.
What if I haven't finalised all my suppliers yet?
That's completely normal for couples booking at least 12 months out. Our planning call will help you finalise decisions, and you'll have direct WhatsApp access to me for vetted recommendations throughout.
2026 and 2027 dates are filling fast. Once your date is taken, it's gone — and so is the peace of mind that comes with it.
