Venue styling is the art of transforming your wedding space into something that feels completely, unmistakably yours. From the ceremony aisle to the reception tables, every detail is considered, designed, and placed with intention.

Whether you have a clear vision already or you're starting from scratch, our team works with you to develop an aesthetic that reflects your style — choosing florals, table settings, centrepieces, signage, and every finishing touch that brings it all together.

On the day, we arrive early, set everything up exactly as planned, and take it all down at the end of the night. You walk in to a space that takes your breath away. You walk out having enjoyed every moment of it.

  • Yes. Our team arrives ahead of your guests to dress and set up the venue, and returns at the end of the evening to collect any hired items and clear the space. You and your guests don't need to lift a finger — that's the whole point.
  • As early as possible — ideally 12 months or more before your date. Peak dates between May and September fill quickly. That said, if your wedding is sooner, please do get in touch and we'll always let you know honestly if we can make it work.   • A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due closer to your wedding day. Full payment terms are confirmed at the point of booking and clearly outlined in your contract — no hidden fees, no surprises.
